Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless otherwise stated.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at fyrne@fyrnenewyork.com or through our Contact page. We'll provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the item is available, we'll send the replacement once we receive the original product.

Return Shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using trackable shipping for items over $50.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item is damaged or defective. We'll provide a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
